Hi everyone, today I talk about what timeblindness is like for me and how I use Timeblocking with Tiimo to help me with that!
What is Tiimo?

What is Time Blocking?
Time blocking is the practice of planning out every moment of your day in advance and dedicating specific time “blocks” for certain tasks and responsibilities. (learn more)
“Time blocking is a time management technique that makes our tasks and our time visible by scheduling upcoming tasks into specific blocks of time and placing those in our calendar. Most of these blocks can be moved to fit our changing energy levels, need for stimulation, and struggles with executive function. The way time blocking makes tasks and time visible, as well as the flexibility that comes from moving the blocks as needed, is what makes the technique such a powerful tool for people with ADHD.”

Why I use Timeblocking to structure my day:
– Simplifying tasks to make it easier to progress to their completion
– Allows me to work in down time to help increase productivity and be more autonomous with my ADHD
– Takes pressure off of me to ‘perform’ while still having structure in my day
– Flexibility to fit in last minute events in life
