Today’s blog is to share 5 podcasts that I recommend for ADHD minds. Each podcast is a type of deep dive, inspiring or satisfies curiosities. Something for everyone!

Sometimes it can be hard to find something good that suits my mood when I need a podcast on in the background to get stuff done, or just to relax and listen to something that will still keep my brain occupied. I really enjoyed all these especially after listening to a lot of true crime and horror podcasts, it was nice to have something different. I hope you all enjoy these as much as I did.
